Sayuri Snake Plant
A striking and rare Snake Plant! Sansevieria Sayuri is incredibly easy to grow, and its vibrant grey, green, and white foliage sets it apart from any of the common varieties. Sayuri maintains the same rugged hardiness and air purifying qualities as other Snake Plants, being able to thrive with little water, light, or care overall. They even seem to put out the most leaf growth when they are rootbound! This plant would be an excellent choice for businesses or offices to show off a unique plant without having to devote much time or resources to its care.

Growing Conditions
Sayuri’s beautiful foliage can reach up to a few feet high under ideal conditions, but in the home or office it tends to stay relatively compact. Sansevieria grows best at room temperature and lower humidity levels, and prefers to be watered sparingly. This Snake Plant is able to tolerate low light conditions but the leaves will be more vibrant under moderate light. Containers can be moved outside during warmer weather but the plant isn’t winter hardy below zone 10.
Sansevieria can be propagated via leaf cuttings or division. It also seems to grow best under rootbound conditions so we don’t recommend repotting unless the plant has completely outgrown the container. When repotting, move to a pot only an inch or two larger with well draining soil mix.
